Video analysis can be a valuable tool in helping you improve your athletic performance. By having an expert review mechanics, movements and race tactics you can receive valuable feedback on improving your performance, identify weaknesses and correct mistakes. I can review:
1) Practice or race activites.
2) Isolated movements of training exercises, running, jumping, cutting, agility, weight lifting.
Examples of activties that I can analyze: Sprinting, Block Starts, Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics.

How Video Analysis Will Work
The video analysis process will consist of:
1) You sending me video via upload.
2) I will perform an analysis with voice-overs, call outs, line draws etc.
3) You will receive notification of the completed video analysis and a password protected link to access the file. Available 21-30 days. (see plans).
What's included in the Analysis? Some but not all may be included):
- Voice over commentary
- Written comments as necessary
- Links to pertanent videos and other content
- Corrective action exercises, drills as needed.
- 30 day consultation via comment box.
- Your own dedicated virtual portal.

How the process works:
- Pre-pay analysis fee.
- Upload your video here. Videos are to be no longer than 2 min in length.
- You will receive confirmation of the receipt of your video
- Please allow Five (5) business days to analyze and review.
Video shooting tips:Â
- Side or panoramic views for running are optimal.
- For most exercises mainly provide both front and side angles, rearview is secondary.
- If possible mute the audio to keep file size down.
If I can't analyze it you will not be charged.
