HardBall Athletics provides Athlete Asset Management Services to aspiring baseball athletes. We are a team of professionals who assist in Athletic and Baseball Development and Recruitment. Our counseling and mentoring services provide a high level of expertise and experience to athletes and parents. Athletes participate in counseling sessions, tracking, ongoing assessments and physical, technical and emotional training. Our purpose is to provide a M.A.P.P ( Managed Athletic & Player Program) with year round activities that are coordinated and integrated to move ball players towards their goals.

Aaron Thigpen

As an athlete Aaron is a former world-class sprinter, was a member of eleven US National teams and played four years of semi pro baseball. As a trainer Aaron has developed some of the most prominent baseball and softball players to come out of the bay area.

Erik Johnson

As an athlete Erik (EJ) johnson played two years of major league baseball and was a former USA National Team participant. Now as a USA baseball  and club coach Ej has overseen the development of many local and national caliber teams and athletes.
