We had only a handful of young track athletes this year in our off season program but we are seeing promising results in their first competitions.

Chinyere Okoro – Sprints (Amador Valley)
A GS athlete for the past 5 years the Sophomore won the Dan Gabor Invite 100m with a meet and school record of 12.14. The previous week she won the Stocking Super 7 with a time of 12.34.
She leads Nor Cal & is no.4 in the state.

Dejah Robinson – Hurdles (St Marys College HS) Senior
Running in her first meet of the year she Pr’d in the 100m sprint with a time of 13.07 a .20 second drop. She also won the 300mLH with a time of 48.46 No.1 on NorCal listing.

Femi Ajose – Sprints (San Leandro) Junior
Placed 4th overall in the 100m at 11.12. The previous week he opened with a PR of 11.07 No. 4 NorCal.

Brittany Calomese – Sprints (Monte vista)
The sophomore tennis player turned sprinter is learning the sport fast running times of 13.67 and 13.77 in her last two meets.

Emma Burns – Sprints (Heritage)
The junior opened her season with at Dan Gabor with 13.69.

Masina mayo – Sprints (Miramonte)
The sophomore won the DAL dual meet 200m in 26.24 and placed 3rd the previous week at the Skyline Invite with a 26.92 200m.

Eliah Weetman – Sprints (Amador Valley)
Opened his season with a personal best of 51.76 at Dan Gabor well below his previous personal best of 52.61.

Avi Wilson-Perteete- Middle Distance (St Marys HS)
The UNLV bound senior started the season with times of 58.17 at 400m to win the Skyline Invite and 2.21.71 to place 2nd at Dan Gabor.

Anaya Alexander Sprints Long Beach State
In her first collegiate season the former Las Lomas standout is settling in to the next level. She has produced personal bests in her first indoor season of 25.76 and 56.56 at 400m which is the schools 3rd all time best mark ever.
