Just got an email from Alan Jaeger. He’s coming to the Bay Area soon. He is the guy who has put Long Toss on the map but his program is much more. Its about mental preparation, performance and arm health going hand in hand. It is a way for athletes to empower themselves about one of the most important aspects of their game “throwing”. In my opinion if your not doing long toss you may be one throw away from an injury. Take the time to go to his clinic.
