Jamaun Charles (Amador Valley) looking to improve upon last seasons state finishes (100m /200m) is off to a great start this season. He participated in Gamespeed’s off season program and Sunday Track class. We focused on developing specific strength and race phases. The initial results are promising.
In his first two meets of the season he set the meet record of 49.33 seconds in the 400m at the Dan Gabor Invitational breaking the previous meet record of Gamespeed alum Dan Davis of San Ramon Valley.
In his second meet of the year he blazed opening times of 10.82 and 22.01 at a dual meet.
All times are leading the North Coast section.
