Congrats to Annie (Foothill High) on her recent personal best by dropping a whopping 26 seconds off her time. She was also selected to the EBAL second team. Yep even distance runners need speed. Annie is one of many of Gamespeed’s middle distance runners who for the past two years has done the right speed, explosiveness and strength training to compliment her distance events. She is having an outstanding senior season and we look forward to her exploits on the track. Good look at NCS this weekend.
