Are You College Ready?

Hi Aaron!

“Just wanted to give you an update on how the fall has gone so far. I feel that you have prepared me beyond words for the life of a college athlete. Right when we started conditioning and weights, I felt prepared for everything. Our first week, we had a 300 yard shuttle run test, and I completed my first one in 48 seconds and my second one in 52 seconds with a two minute rest in between each one. I received the fastest time on the team, and I think that strongly reflected all the preparation from you.”

Can’t wait to see you soon!
