This month we are bringing back some of our most effective speed training classes. If speed is important in your sport then these are for you. We are offering speed for beginners in our Youth Speed Skills Class, Wheels for our soccer athletes with the combination Soccer & Speed Skills class and lastly be a straight line burner in our Sunday Speed Workouts on the track..

 

Sunday Speed Workouts

This is for anyone needing straight ahead speed. If you have a upcoming football combine,baseball showcase or summer track this class is for you.

Where: Dublin track
When: Sundays

Time: 1:15 – 2:15 pm
All ages, All sports.

Youth Speed Skills
A beginner class for all sports. Learn proper speed and agility skills. Run, cut, jump! The foundation for athletic movement designed to help any field or court athlete. Start now, start right!

Where: Gamespeed Facility
When: Wednesdays
Time: 5:00 pm
Ages: 8-11
Dates: May 1st, 8th, 15th.
Cost: 3 sessions @ $105 or $38 per session.
Class size will be limited.

Soccer & Speed Skills
It’s back, its fun, and its designed to make you a playmaker. This combination class combines (30) thirty minutes of soccer skills with international coach Jair Fory of the Fory Soccer Academy and (30) thirty minutes of soccer related speed training with Gamespeed. Jair is fresh off a trip from Italy where he consulted with their top junior coaches and the world renowned AC Milan club. He may have something new up his sleeve for this series. Check it out!

Speed Training Tip

Proper arm swing will make the most immediate impact in your running.

Here’s how:

Arm swing motion: Use a rhythmic motion, drive elbows forward and back and let the hands sweep through the pockets. The hands come up no higher than chin.

Avoid: Excessive arm-swing upward or side to side across the body.
